Blue green water, glimpsed through oak and chestnut trees on the coast path from Dinard.  It’s another day of solid, grey cloud in Paris so here are some more pictures from a memorable weekend by the sea.

The trees clinging to this steep slope have an uncertain toehold on the land. Buffeted by winter storms, the branches bend, twist and grow into permanently contorted forms, silhouetted against the bright water below.  Earth and sea colours contrast strangely.
