More weathered wood from a grey day in the Normandy port of Honfleur.

Still the same problem… When I click on a photo, the comment page shows up, but no gallery in sight. Pity…

Have you tried asking the WordPress ‘happiness engineers’ what the problem is? No one else has a problem with my galleries so it seems to be something to do with the settings on your blog.

I don’t encounter this problem with any other blog. BTW I find the term *happiness* a misnomer. They’ll never make me *happy* in a thousand years. 😉

Their choice of name, not mine! I’ll ask if there’s anything odd about my blog that causes you this problem.

Thank you. 🙂

David C. from WordPress staff checked my recent posts and couldn’t see anything wrong with the galleries. He suggested that you might somehow have a faulty version of my blog stored in your browser cache or malware settings on your computer accidentally blocking my galleries. The last sounds unlikely if you’ve got no problem with other blogs. Either way he suggested you contacted them direct so they could avise better. It’s the ‘get help’ button on the bottom of the WordPress support page if you think it’s worth a try. No happiness guaranteed.

The top left ones with the curved tops has such a dark rich colour. And I just the blue ones too – nice finds 🙂

I just tried to open the gallery again. A miracle happened – or the happy people removed the bug on the sly. It works now! 🙂

Strange but good news. Thanks for letting me know.
