Varnished wood, white limestone, glass and a little brass – variations on a theme in four Parisian doorways.  Click on any door to view the gallery.

These doorways divide into two pairs.  The light, elegant, round-topped doors are both in a street near Gare de Lyon.  The solid, square doors are near neighbours in rue Notre Dame des Champs, in the sixth arrondissement.   Both show variations on a particular local theme.

A post for Thursday Doors.
