Paris is one of the most densely populated cities in Europe, a characteristic that brings both problems and benefits.  In the city’s older districts, the roofs of the densely packed buildings show layers of history and plenty of quirky details.

 

 

I could write an essay on the pros and cons of living in a dense city but, as this is a response to the Weekly Photo Challenge Dense, I’ll leave the photos to speak for themselves.
