Just across the road from the calm green space of the Jardins des Grand Moulins, a child’s face smiles from a wall of brilliant colour.  Jo Di Bona produces his mural portraits by an unusual technique, first spraying an abstract background then layering the wall with pasted posters and peeling off strips of paper to create the finished work.  At least, that’s how I think he does it.  I’ll look closer next time I see one.
