The wind has dropped at last, the temperature is creeping up and in the garden hundreds of tiny seedlings are emerging into the light.

 

Ammi majus – a white flowered umbellifer which makes a good cut flower…

 

Briza maxima – greater quaking grass…

 

Calendula and Echium – yellow flowered marigold and blue bugloss…

 

and I think this one is a Scabious.
