It’s a windy day of sunshine and cloud.  Whenever I get the camera out the sun disappears or a gust of wind sets the flowers quivering.  Not an ideal day for photography.

 

I’ve taken better daffodil photos in past springs.

 

Every year my camera is drawn to drifts of forget-me-nots.

 

Unfolding leaves are always a delight.  But these photos are not just any spring, this is now.

The news is grim, the future’s uncertain but the seasons still follow each other as the world turns.  In the northern hemisphere the days are lengthening and spring is here.
