I haven’t caught a train since early March – a theatre trip south to Newcastle.  As lockdown restrictions have gradually eased I’ve followed the evolving guidelines, wondering when I’ll be able to catch a train again.  With two daughters living in Edinburgh, I hope to be on a north-bound train before long.  Meanwhile Cee’s photo challenge, Anything to Do With Trains,  has given me an excuse to relive past train journeys and revisit distant stations.
