Posts on Beyond the Window Box are weather dependant. Grey, wet and windy weather sends me back to my archives and offers an excuse to reuse favourite photos. Mild, sunny, dry weather, perfect for gardening, means the blog goes silent.
The ground is drying out now after the winter rain and snow. There’s some real warmth in the sunlight, coaxing the early spring bulbs (like these tiny crocuses) into flower.
Click for a closer view. The crocuses are less than 4″ / 10cm tall.
