Yesterday’s sunshine coaxed flowers from their buds and butterflies from their hibernation.

Today was chilly again with more cloud, less sun and no sign of butterflies.  The tulips closed when the sun set yesterday and didn’t reopen today. The primroses can’t respond to day to day changes.  Once their flowers are open they stay that way until they fade.
