Golden yellow is a dominant colour among the early autumn flowers with Rudbeckia ‘Goldsturm’ (or Storm of Gold’) one of the brightest. Gold is also the theme of Jude’s Life in Colour challenge this month so here’s a scrapbook to brighten a grey day.

Lovely selection! ‘Storm of Gold’ is a nice turn of phrase, I hadn’t given any thought to what ‘Goldsturm’ means.
