Very funny piece of street art/graffiti art.

I couldn’t work out whether the text came with the flamingos or was added later. It’s a familiar, cynical quote – ‘If politics could change anything it would have been banned long ago…’

I was wondering. I like it when graffiti art is augmented – it is part of the anarchic nature of it.
