Yesterday’s drifting foam has disappeared but the strong east wind is still blowing.
At low tide, branches thrown up by recent storms were gradually being buried in drifting sand.
It takes energy to keep sand airborne so wherever there’s a little shelter the wind drops its load.

Drifting sand, drifting snow …. it’s all about the weather in the UK at the moment ….
