A calm, blue sky evening.
The sun hasn’t quite left the beach and a few children are splashing in the shallows.
The tide is coming in and gentle waves are lapping the sand.
By nine o’clock the beach is in shadow but the grass on the dunes still caches the sun.

Lovely photographs of the crashing waves. Thank you for sharing – I am missing the coast very much this year 🌊

I hope the photos can bring back memories of past visits to the coast for you. That way you can add the sound and smell of the sea yourself!

Yes! Somehow the taste and smell of the lovely sea air never leaves me, even though I live in the furthest point in the UK from the coast! 🙂🌿
